CLOUDS & MIST - GREEN TEA
This delicately toasted green tea is crafted in the Wuyi Mountains by a third generation family farm. Named “Clouds & Mist” because the tea bushes grow high elevations (1200 meters) and are shrouded by cloud banks for most of the year. The misty banks keep the delicate leaves hydrated to survive the rigor of elevation, as well as protect them from direct sunlight. The end result are nutrient dense, flavorful, tender leaves. The delicate toasting process of these leaves results in a tea with a sweet, rich broth and a chestnut aroma.
